Terms of Service - Cloudjurio

Welcome to Cloudjurio, your partner for cloud and SaaS legal services. These terms outline the provisions for using our offerings.
1. General Provisions
Cloudjurio provides services across multiple categories under the scope of these terms. By purchasing or accessing any offering, you agree to comply with all conditions stated herein.
2. Service Categories
2.1 Cloud and SaaS Legal Services
Our core offerings include contract drafting, compliance guidance, and policy development for cloud and SaaS environments. For these services, clients may request a refund or defer the service under section 4 and 5 below.
2.2 Information Products
Digital publications, recorded seminars, and online courses are delivered instantly upon payment. Clients may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase if the product has not been accessed.
2.3 Goods
Physical materials such as printed manuals are shipped to your address. Goods must be sent back unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
3. Order and Execution
Orders are confirmed after payment clearance. Delivery timelines vary by category. We allocate resources immediately upon confirmation of orders for legal services.
4. Reimbursement Policy
We offer reimbursements as follows:
- Cloud and SaaS Legal Services: A client may request a full or partial refund within seven days if work has not commenced. Once work begins, requests for reimbursement are subject to assessment of time developed. In lieu of a refund, clients may opt to defer the service to a later date.
- Information Products: A full refund request can be made within fourteen days of purchase provided the product remains unaccessed. After fourteen days or upon access, no reimbursement is available.
- Goods: A refund is available within thirty days of shipment if the item is sent back unused. Shipment cost for sending back the item is borne by the client unless the item is defective.
5. Service Deferral Option
Clients may request to defer scheduled services up to three times without extra charges, provided notice is given at least five business days in advance. Deferred slots must be used within six months of the original date.
6. No-Reimbursement Clauses
Certain expedited services, such as rush drafting or on-site representation, are resource-intensive and staffed exclusively for your needs. These services are non-refundable. This policy ensures dedicated allocation of expert time and priority scheduling.
7. Modifications to Terms
Cloudjurio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon posting, and use of services after that date implies acceptance.
